Journal
Notes for a home practice
Written by the Peaceful Yoga Path team. No invented studies, and no advice that replaces a clinician.
The journal is a set of articles about starting at home, choosing a mat, breathing, back-pain research, desk breaks, and the difference between a morning practice and an evening one. Each article is long enough to make an argument, and each one names the page it used when it mentions research. The usual source is the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, plus a clinic explainer or a review the article cites by name.
Category chips group those articles. A category address is a slice of this same journal, so those filtered addresses are marked for search engines to leave out of the index. The articles themselves stay indexed. They are written by the Peaceful Yoga Path editorial team. The byline on an article says that, links the editorial standards, and shows when the library was last updated.
An article may say that a practice may help stress, sleep, or the ordinary stiffness of sitting. It does not say that yoga cures a condition. Back pain, pregnancy, and injury are handled by telling you to consult a doctor, and by linking the medical disclaimer. If a sentence slips into a promise, that is a correction, and the contact page is how to flag it.
Read an article the way you would read a careful magazine piece: follow the links, ignore the advertisement slots if you do not want them, and use the pose and routine links when you are ready to move. The ads in a long article are labeled and sit between paragraphs, not inside a button and not inside a download.
