First week
Each day uses poses from the library, with a timer and the next cue on screen. Miss a day and just open the next one.

Day 1
A first practice on the floor and on your feet. You learn Mountain, a soft fold, Cat and Cow, and a real rest.

Day 2
A floor practice: Child’s Pose, Cat and Cow, a gentle backbend, and a twist. No standing balance today.

Day 3
Mountain, Chair, a short Downward Dog, and both Warrior poses. Bend the knees whenever the hamstrings pull you around.

Day 4
Bound Angle, a low lunge, a wide fold, and a strap stretch on your back. None of these need to look deep.

Day 5
Cat, Cow, Sphinx, a small Cobra, and Bridge. Stop if pain is sharp, and read the back-pain note on the blog before you treat this as care.

Day 6
Tree beside a wall, Warrior II, and Triangle with a block. Wobbling is the practice.

Day 7
A slow sun-salutation shape, both sides, then Tree and a twist. This is the week’s practice in one place.

Floor poses and a longer rest.

Smaller movements for a stiff back. Not a treatment.

Slower holds when the day was loud.

A wake-up that does not rush you.

Shapes you can do in work clothes.

Answer three questions. We’ll point you at one routine, not a catalog.

Everyday
What to eat before and after a short home practice, without turning a snack into a medical plan, plus where the recipe sites in this family actually live.

Practice design
A small weekly plan that survives real life. No streak guilt, no invented 21-day rule, and a tracker if you want one.

Practice design
The Sanskrit names you will hear in a beginner class, how to say them, and why the English name is enough.
Printable PDFs
A 30-day plan, pose cards, sleep back and desk routines, a breathing workbook, and a year journal. The words come from these pages. Separately that is $61. All five are $29. Free word searches and coloring pages are on the printables page.

History
A timeline and eight articles. Disputed dates stay disputed. The Indus seal is not treated as a pose manual.
