Trivia
Questions this site has already answered.
56 questions from the history articles, the pose pages, the glossary, and the breathing notes. Pick a round. Each answer comes with one line about where it came from.
The trivia quiz is built from pages that already exist on this site. History questions follow the history articles. Pose questions follow the pose library. Sanskrit questions follow the glossary and the pose names. Breathing questions follow the breathing notes and the timer page. If a fact is not written on one of those pages, it is not a question. That is how we keep the quiz from inventing a date or a quotation.
Pick a round or play all of the questions. After you choose an answer, the page shows whether it matched and one line about where the fact lives. The line is a pointer back to the article, not a new claim. Your score is counted in the browser. A share link puts the score in the address so you can send it, and the page says the site does not verify that number. There is no account and no leaderboard.
The same questions are on a printable PDF. The PDF lists the answer beside the question so it works as a sheet, not as a second quiz with different facts. Word searches and coloring pages are a different kind of printable. They use words and drawings from this site, and they are linked from the printables hub.
Trivia is a reading check. It is not a certificate and not a measure of whether a pose is safe for you. A correct answer about a disputed date means you remembered how the history page labeled the dispute. It does not mean the dispute is settled. If a question and a page ever disagree, the page should be corrected, and the contact form is the way to say so.
Rounds are history, poses, Sanskrit, and breathing, plus a mix of all of them. You can leave a round unfinished. The score that a share link carries is only what the browser counted on that attempt. Play again and the count starts over. Nothing about the quiz asks you to move, so it is not a substitute for reading a safety note.
Print the trivia sheet (PDF). It lists every question with the answer. The puzzles and coloring pages are on the printables page.
