You get the same files you would get separately, not a shortened sampler. Each file is described on its own product page, with preview images from the PDF. Read those pages if you want to know whether you need all five. Someone who only wants the pose cards should buy the cards. The bundle is for the person who wants the month, the deck, the routines, the breath pages, and the journal together.
None of the files is medical care. A cheaper bundle is not a stronger claim. If you are pregnant, injured, or you have back pain, consult a doctor before you follow the routines or the cards. The safety notes inside the files are the same notes as the website. They tell you when to skip a shape. They do not clear you to practice.
