Word searches

Each free word search is one letter grid and one answer key, built from words this site already uses. Standing poses, floor poses, Sanskrit names, breath words, and history names each have their own puzzle. The word list is printed on the page. The key shades the letters that spell those words so you can check a line without guessing which gray square matters.

The grids are generated, then checked, so every listed word is actually placed. A puzzle that cannot fit its longest word is redrawn on a larger grid. That is a production detail, and it is why a Sanskrit name is not clipped to make a square look tidy. If you print the PDF, print the puzzle and the key. They are the same file, one after the other.

These puzzles are a way to become familiar with names you will see on the pose pages. Finding Marjaryasana in a grid is not the same as practicing Cat. When you want the shape, open the pose. The glossary is the short definition. The puzzle is only the spelling and the recognition. Print one PDF, not the whole set, if you only want a single sitting. The answer key is in the same file, after the puzzle, so you do not need a second download.
